Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 6, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation. 4. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and coordination with external auditors. 5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency. 6. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external auditors to support business objectives. 7. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including team management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software.
