ACCOUNTS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly experienced Manager – Accounts (Male) to lead and oversee the finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and government departments as required.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making by the management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: 5 to 9 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary:

• ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
