This role requires a strong foundation in accounting and finance with a focus on managing day-to-day accounts, compliance, and financial reporting. You will work closely with our Chartered Accountant and leadership team to ensure smooth financial operations at CarbonCraft. Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including invoices, receipts, and payments.  Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely follow-ups.  Prepare and maintain financial reports such as P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.  Coordinate with our CA for statutory compliance, tax filings, and audits.  Support budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.  Maintain accurate financial records for internal and external reporting. Who You Are  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.  3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance.  Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.  Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.  Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus).
