Scheduling and tracking of supplies such as obtaining ETA updates & berthing information as well as supply schedules and keep the trading department up to date on the progress. Proactive identification of operational risks (i.e. supply restrictions, weather conditions) Immediately inform stakeholders of any issues prior, during or after the delivery Active monitoring on the day of delivery Collect supply documents upon completion of the delivery.
