Operations Executive

Role Overview: As an Operations Executive at Integr8 Fuels, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth bunker delivery operations. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and actively monitoring supplies to facilitate the delivery process. Key Responsibilities: - Establish early communication with all stakeholders involved in the bunker delivery process. - Schedule and track supplies, including obtaining ETA updates, berthing information, and supply schedules to keep the trading department informed. - Proactively identify operational risks such as supply restrictions and weather conditions. - Promptly inform stakeholders of any issues before, during, or after delivery. - Actively monitor the delivery progress on the day of delivery. - Collect supply documents upon completion of the delivery. - Assist in appointing agencies and surveying companies. - Maintain strong relationships with agencies, surveyors, and suppliers. - Support the Claims department in dispute investigations. - Help the accounts department in obtaining relevant documentation for invoicing. - Provide daily weather updates to relevant teams. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Shipping, preferably in bunkers, agency, or logistics. - Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Reliable and hardworking with strong multitasking abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Attention to detail. - Proficiency in English.
