Job Summary:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and reporting for operations.
Support inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination if applicable.
Address operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and quality norms.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational tools/software.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Preferred:

Prior internship or exposure to operations, logistics, or office management.
Familiarity with workflow management or ERP systems.
