Accounts Head

Role Overview:

STS Group is looking for a seasoned Accounts Head to lead and oversee the entire accounts and finance function across our automobile dealerships of STS Hyundai & STS Honda, and our logistics division, Saidatta Logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational grip on dealership accounts, inventory funding, compliance, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting entries (sales, service, spare parts, logistics).
• Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor/OEM reconciliations, and fund flow management.
• Handle OEM transactions: claims, incentives, debit/credit notes.
• Manage Inventory Funding (IF) accounts with banks/NBFCs: stock statements, interest payments, and repayments.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax filings.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, and fund flow statements.
• Support internal, statutory, and OEM audits.
• Monitor working capital, debtors, and creditors and optimize cash flow.
• Maintain 100% compliance and zero delays in repayments/filings.
• Lead and guide a team of accountants across dealerships & logistics.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance / Inter CA / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Experience: 10+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in an automobile dealership or logistics.
• Expertise in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Excellent understanding of Inventory Funding, GST, TDS & audit processes.
• Strong leadership & analytical skills.

Salary Range: Rs. 80,000 - 1,00,000
