Accounts Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally and a solid background in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The role requires ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial management while supervising the overall accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations of the company.

· Prepare, finalize, and maintain books of accounts including Balance Sheet, P&L, and related schedules.

· Handle Stationery Accounts and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Pass, review, and monitor journal entries to maintain error-free records.

· Conduct periodic reconciliations, audits, and financial reviews.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external agencies.

· Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and ensure efficient working capital management.

· Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.

· Train and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

· 10–15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in [industry/company type].

· Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).

· In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, and other statutory requirements.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
