Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, GST, TDS, and payroll
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing & reporting
Manage statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance
Develop financial strategies to support organizational goals
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Implement process improvements and cost control measures
