Job Description

Financial Oversight: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate production of financial statements and other financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Team Management: Lead, guide, and manage the accounting team, including performance evaluations, guidance, and ensuring an efficient workflow.
Financial Analysis & Strategy: Provide financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and offer strategic financial advice to senior management to achieve business goals.
Auditing & Risk Management: Conduct internal audits, assist external auditors, and oversee risk assessments within the accounting functions.
Record Keeping: Ensure all financial records are organized, accurate, and maintained in accordance with policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
