Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead its finance function. The ideal candidate must possess strong domain expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, and reporting, with prior experience in the education and skill development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s finance, accounting, budgeting, and compliance functions
Develop financial strategies and oversee implementation of internal financial controls
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and funding agencies
Monitor project-wise fund allocation and utilization, especially in government/CSR projects
Support business heads with financial planning, risk analysis, and ROI metrics
Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and working capital
Ensure timely grant utilization and reporting in education/skill projects
Implement cost-control strategies and optimize cash flows
Eligibility Criteria:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles
Mandatory experience in the education, skilling, or development sector
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, government finance norms, and project-based financial models
Familiar with Tally, Excel, and other financial tools/software
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
