Key Responsibilities

Company & Department-Wise P&L Management

Prepare and maintain detailed P&L statements for:

  • Social Media
  • Graphics Team
  • Video Team
  • Website Development
  • Social Media Engagement
  • GMB & SEO Services

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly company-wide P&L
  • Tracking revenue vs. expenses for each service line
  • Identifying cost leakages, profitability issues, and areas for improvement
  • Reporting insights to the Operations Manager & Co-founder

Invoicing & Collections

  • Coordinate the invoicing cycle with the Ops Manager & Co-founder
  • Set reminders for invoice and due dates
  • Maintain a daily tracker for outstanding and cleared invoices
  • Ensure invoices are sent and payments are received on time

Cash Flow & Funds Monitoring

  • Monitor company accounts daily for cash flow status
  • Alert management immediately if funds are low
  • Suggest actions such as payment prioritization or urgent follow-ups
  • Ensure financial stability across operations

Financial Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries
  • Maintain documentation for expenses, receipts, and payouts
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project-related expenses

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in

    Accounts / Finance / Bookkeeping

  • Strong understanding of

    P&L, invoicing, and financial tracking

  • Good command of

    Excel / Google Sheets

  • Smart, analytical, and proactive in detecting financial issues
  • Excellent

    communication and coordination

    skills
  • Comfortable working

    Canadian hours (night shift)
