Accounts & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on Tally, Knowledge on GST and TDS, Knowledge on EPF and ESIC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion. & Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and general business correspondence.
• Draft and manage professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and other business communications. Arrange and coordinate business meetings with prospective clients. Attend and represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and conferences. Schedule and organize meetings, manage calendars, handle phone calls and emails, and take accurate messages. Manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee banking transactions, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Liaise effectively with executives, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the Director/Manager.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
