Salary: Up to 35 k Per Month

Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting a company's financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health. Key duties include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing budgets and forecasts, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations. Essential skills for this role are strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent knowledge of accounting software and principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation:

• Create and maintain accurate financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

• Bookkeeping & Data Management:

• Record financial transactions, manage ledgers, and ensure all financial data is organized and confidential. 

• Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to identify and resolve discrepancies. 

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Prepare budget forecasts, monitor spending, and analyze variances to provide insights for decision-making. 

• Tax Compliance:

• Calculate taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure the company adheres to all applicable tax laws and regulations. 

• Auditing:

• Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 

• Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction or profit maximization.
