It's that simple. It's Zetwerk. About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Finance team. This is an entry-level role ideally suited for candidates who have completed CMA and are looking to build a career in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Roles and Responsibilities: Support preparation of monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts for business units. Partner with operations and business teams to track KPIs, costs, and revenue performance. ¢ Support analysis of profitability, pricing, and cost optimization initiatives. ¢ Assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis for new projects or business decisions. ¢ Ensure accurate and timely accounting of transactions related to business finance activities in coordination with the accounting team. ¢ Support compliance with internal controls and company policies. ¢ Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS ¢ ¢ ¢ Qualification: CMA/MBA-Finance/B.Com) Experience: 02 years (Articleship or Industrial Training experience in finance preferred) Skills: ¢ Strong Excel and analytical skills ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
