Position: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Manikonda Site Reports to: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Role Overview The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, financial record keeping, and reporting for the real estate projects. The role involves managing client payments, vendor bills, statutory compliance, and supporting project-wise financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts (Receipts, Payments, Journals, Ledgers, Bank reconciliation). Record and track customer advances, booking amounts, and installment payments. Prepare and issue receipts, invoices, and maintain customer-wise outstanding statements. Monitor vendor bills, contractor payments, and ensure timely disbursements. Assist in project cost tracking and budget vs. actual analysis. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and cash flow statements. Liaise with sales and project teams for financial updates and client account status. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred). 24 years of experience in accounting (real estate industry experience is an added advantage). Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP or other accounting software. Understanding of GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and project accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Key Attributes Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. Team player with problem-solving attitude.
