Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong experience in US Accounting practices and proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting needs for our clients.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the client’s business, their requirements and develop a close business relationship

• Act as SPOC for clients. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, journals, and accounts in QuickBooks.

• Record financial transactions including vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, receipts, payroll entries, credit card charges, and bank transactions.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a monthly basis.

• Prepare Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.

• Review and reconcile discrepancies found in records.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial information.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit processes where needed.


Qualifications:


· Education:

· Experience:

· Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), ADP Payroll.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (spreadsheets, reports, pivot tables).

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication skills to coordinate with US clients and teams


Preferred Skills

· Experience with third-party accounting tools integrated with QuickBooks (e.g., Bill.com, ADP, Expensify).
