As we scale our operations, we're looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help us keep our financials as polished as the gems we sell.

📊 Keeping Our Books Sparkling Clean

• Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
• Managing invoicing cycles for vendors and customers.
• Managing invoicing cycles with accurate GL tagging and system integration.
• Performing accurate bank reconciliations regularly.
• Maintaining weekly cash flow tracking and reporting.
• Maintaining and organizing vendor records with precision.
• Collecting data from operations and product teams to optimize customer invoicing accuracy and speed.
• Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinating with local consultants and auditors for statutory compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather inputs for annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

✅ What You Bring to the Vault

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, or business teams is a plus.
