Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting work, statutory compliances, and basic financial reporting. The role requires practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and use of Tally. The candidate should be organized, accurate, and able to manage accounting tasks independently.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
  • Record daily entries such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and petty cash in Tally.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and assist with payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and follow up for differences.
  • Keep accounting records updated and audit-ready.
Financial Reporting
  • Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly stock statements to banks.
  • Support management with basic financial data and reconciliations.
GST & TDS Compliance
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B.
  • Calculate TDS, make payments, and assist in quarterly TDS returns.
  • Ensure all statutory compliances are completed on time.
Payroll Support
  • Assist in salary calculations and payroll processing.
  • Maintain records for labour, housekeeping, and other staff payments.
Asset, Purchase & Invoice Management
  • Maintain fixed asset records and assist with insurance renewals.
  • Prepare purchase orders, proforma invoices, and customer invoices.
  • Track vendor invoices and related documents.
Channel Partner & Expense Management
  • Maintain accounts and reconciliations for channel partners.
  • Process payments for rent, utilities, and other office expenses.

Required Skills

  • Semi Qualified CA (CA Inter preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and TDS.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
