Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in month-end closings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Support in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Maintain and organize accounting files, documents, and records.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
• Generate management reports as required (cash flow, outstanding, etc.).
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Knowledge of: GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and good communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling statutory compliances (GST/TDS filing).
• Exposure to audit coordination and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
