The Accounts Executive at our leading hospital in Ekkattuthangal plays a critical role in managing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. This position is key to maintaining the hospital's financial health and contributing to its overall success. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and assisting in financial decision-making processes.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software entriesAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reportsHandle accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and monitoring overdue accountsReconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactionsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisGenerate and analyze financial reports for management reviewAssist with tax preparation and compliance activitiesConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policiesProvide support for financial decision-making and strategic planningCollaborate with other teams to support financial and operational objectivesParticipate in inventory management and cost control activitiesPrepare and submit financial documents and reports to regulatory authoritiesAssist in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and best practicesHandle payroll processing and related statutory compliance activitiesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial mattersRequired Qualifications
