Sustainability, fair trade, and quality are central to everything we do.Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in managing accounts for e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks, Shopify, and have prior exposure to e-commerce accounting and operations.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries using QuickBooks, Excel and Shopify
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and Shopify sales reports
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately
Generate GST reports, TDS filings, and assist with statutory compliance
Track inventory and cost of goods sold in coordination with the warehouse and operations team
Coordinate with logistics teams for order tracking and payment reconciliations
Prepare and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets for financial reports, data analysis, and forecasting
Support internal audits and ensure accounting accuracy across all transactions
Collaborate with the e-commerce and sales teams for revenue reconciliation

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in an online e-commerce environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Shopify, and Excel is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, and dynamic reporting
Understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Indian tax compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
Prior experience with international sales or exports is a plus
