Fashion Content Writer

with strong experience in US fashion brands to create compelling, on-brand product content that resonates with our US female audience.

Role Overview:

As a contract Fashion Content Writer, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and refining

product descriptions and bullet points

for our website and e-commerce platforms. You will receive product images and initial details, and your role will be to craft engaging product copy tailored to the US market, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, engaging, and fashion-forward product descriptions and bullet points for women’s apparel, bags, jewelry, and accessories
Review, refine, and localize content to US English standards for grammar, tone, and terminology
Collaborate with the creative and merchandising team to ensure product stories highlight key features, materials, and styling ideas
Maintain consistent brand voice across all product categories
Proofread and polish all copy to meet editorial quality standards
Optimize product copy for readability and alignment with SEO best practices

Requirements:

Mandatory: Proven writing experience with US female fashion brands (please share portfolio or work samples)
Strong knowledge of US fashion terminology, trends, and customer expectations
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to transform product images and details into compelling stories
Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality content within deadlines

Contract Type:

Freelance/Contract basis (remote)
Flexible hours, but must adhere to agreed deadlines
