Profile – Accounts Executive (E-commerce) Work Status – Full Time Work Type – Work from Office Job Timings – 10:00 am to 08:00 pm Location – Johri Bazar, Jaipur Salary – 18,000 – 23,000/- per month Roles & Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce sales across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc. Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.) and ensure timely settlements. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, commissions, and fees. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to match financials with stock movement. Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to e-commerce transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with audits and financial analysis. Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and expense tracking. Suggest improvements in processes for better financial accuracy and efficiency. Skills Required – 2+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce environment. Knowledge of order management and inventory control processes. Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.). Attention to detail and problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
