Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily Accounts Management
- Record daily sales (Cash + UPI/Online) of the Food Counter and Empower sale.- Proper accounting of Purchases and Expenses.- Maintain records of Cash withdrawals and deposits.- Reconcile daily Cash-in-Hand and Bank Balance.

· Billing & Invoicing
- Generate customer invoices and maintain proper records.- Record vendor bills and ensure timely payments.

· GST & Tax Compliance
- Maintain GST sales & purchase register.- Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.- Maintain a record of TDS deductions and reconciliation.

· Reports & MIS
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales & Purchase reports.- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss reports.- Maintain inventory consumption and wastage reports.

· Audit & Coordination
- Provide accounting data to external auditors/CA.- Maintain proper documentation and voucher filing.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role (freshers with strong knowledge may also be considered).
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP / QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
