Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive at our Mumbai office. The role involves managing bookkeeping, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with audits. The Accounts Executive will also be responsible for handling corporate transactions, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team in financial planning and budgeting activities. Collaboration with other departments and external stakeholders is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including the preparation of financial statements and reconciliation
Knowledge of Taxation and Regulatory Compliance in India
Experience with Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting
Strong skills in Auditing and Corporate Finance
Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on-site environment
