As a full-time Company Secretary based in the Bangalore Metropolitan Region, your key responsibilities will include ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory registers and records, and providing guidance to the Board of Directors on governance matters. You will also be tasked with managing shareholder communications, coordinating board meetings, drafting meeting minutes, handling corporate filings, and communicating with regulatory authorities.
