Our services include Market Assessment, Entity Formation, Valuation, Accounting and Taxation, Corporate Secretarial, and Advisory. We have managed over 65 private equity transactions, providing expertise in due diligence, negotiations, and term sheet drafting. We specialize in early-stage investments ranging from USD 100k to USD 2 million, assisting founders in mitigating deal risks during fundraising.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the firm's market presence and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Account Management and Business skills
Strong Communication skills for client interactions
Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
