Job Summary

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting designation (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to JD Edwards, Tungsten, BlackLine, or OneStream is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement schedules.
• Oversee accounts receivable: statements, invoices, collections, and customer queries.
• Handle accounts payable: validate invoices, resolve vendor issues, reconcile ledgers.
• Support local tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to inventory management and payroll activities.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for financial alignment.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects.
• Uphold ATS’s Code of Business Conduct and health & safety standards.
