Accounts Executive

As a Company Accountant at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts and financial tasks for both in-house and client companies. Your attention to detail and passion for bookkeeping will be essential in maintaining daily books, preparing BAS, GST, and monthly reconciliations, and using tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM. Your communication skills will be key as you collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations and uphold professionalism in all interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily books for in-house and client companies using Xero, QuickBooks & Zoho CRM - Prepare BAS, GST, and monthly reconciliations - Financial preparation utilizing HandiLedger and Xero - Prepare and send invoices, track daily expenses, and maintain records - Collaborate with the Accounts Manager for reports and compliance - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations and uphold professionalism in communication Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Australian or New Zealand accounting - Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple sets of books across different entities - Quick learner Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks & Xero Practice Manager - Familiarity with Australian taxation & compliance - Exposure to Zoho Books and CRM platforms In addition to competitive salary and benefits, we offer: - Shift Allowances - Morning Meals & Refreshment - Performance-Based Incentives - Skill-Based Promotions - 5-Day Work Week Join us in a full-time role with a day shift schedule and bring your expertise in Australian or New Zealand accounting to contribute to our dynamic and supportive work environment.,
