Your key responsibilities Manage mailbox inquiries, ensuring that all communications are addressed in a timely and effective manner, providing clear, concise, and helpful responses to enhance user satisfaction and support. Serve as the go-to expert for Caseware Cloud and Desktop, offering guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders, and ensuring a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices is shared across. Collaborate with regional teams to support the geographic roadmap efforts, ensuring the strategic deployment of Caseware Cloud aligns with the specific needs and regulatory requirements of EY offices in different countries.
