Audit Manager-CA

Role Overview: Welcome to MJS! We are currently hiring a CA - Audit Manager for our Baner location. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices. This dynamic role offers exposure to diverse industries, comprehensive accounting and compliance responsibilities, and opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities and technical expertise in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Finalize accounts using various accounting tools for industries such as manufacturing, service, trading, and export-import. - Prepare financial statements for companies and LLPs. - Generate statutory audit reports and accompanying notes to the accounts. - Compile tax audit reports in compliance with Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act. - Complete personal and business tax returns adhering to relevant laws and regulations. - Implement Internal Financial Controls (IFC) including the preparation of SOPs and RCMs, and testing of controls. - Review and reconcile TDS, GST, and other taxes during audits. - Develop management information systems (MIS) reports for internal decision-making, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators. - Supervise and review the work of team members ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. - Provide training and guidance to team members on audit procedures, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit, accounts finalization, IFC, and internal audit. - Proficiency in Direct Tax and GST Compliance. - Strong analytical and time management skills. - Well-organized with keen attention to detail. - Advanced computer skills (MS Office) and experience with accounting and tax software preferred.
