About the Opportunity

• We are offering a dynamic role for Qualified Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in statutory audit, accounts finalization, internal audit, IFC, financial preparation and tax audit. This position provides exposure to diverse industries, comprehensive accounting and compliance responsibilities, and opportunities to build leadership capabilities and technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices.
• Finalize accounts using various accounting tools for various industries like manufacturing, service, trading, export-import, etc.
• Prepare financial statements for companies as well as LLP’s.
• Prepare statutory audit reports and accompanying notes to the accounts.
• Prepare tax audit reports in accordance with Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act.
• Prepare personal and business tax returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge on implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) alongwith preparation of SOP’s and RCMs and testing of such controls.
• Reviewing and reconciling TDS, GST, and other taxes as a part of audit.
• Develop and prepare management information systems (MIS) reports for internal decision-making, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators of various clients.
• Supervise and review the work of team member, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to team member on audit procedures, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Experience expected:

• Should be able to communicate well with multiple departments in solving cross departmental issues.
• PQE of 2 to 4 years in Statutory audit, accounts finalization, IFC and internal audit.
• Direct Tax and GST Compliance knowledge is a must.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office) with prior experience working with various accounting and tax software is a must preferred.
