Accounting Payroll Manager

As a candidate for the Finance & Accounts position based in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and ensuring numerical accuracy in all financial tasks. - Managing Provident Fund (PF) and Employees" Pension Scheme (EPS) contributions, handling monthly and annual filings, as well as providing related employee services such as transfers and withdrawals. - Compiling financial statements and preparing agendas for quarterly PF/Gratuity Fund (GF) trust meetings. - Collaborating with actuaries to facilitate valuations concerning Gratuity and Leave Encashment. - Ensuring strict adherence to guidelines established by the Exempted PF Trust and Employees" Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
