The Role: Accounts Assistant Salary: Competitive Salary Location: Champion House Derby Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 3 Months Hours: 375 hours per week (Monday Friday) What will you be getting up to Accounts Payable Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies, Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with payment terms, Accounts Receivable Monitor and chase outstanding payments, Allocate incoming payments accurately, Reconcile General Finance Support Support bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, What do we need from you Essential Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role, Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, Solid understanding of AR and AP processes, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Desirable AAT qualification or working towards it, Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment, Familiarity with automated invoice processing tools, What is in it for you Paid time off every month to do something that makes you happy 31 days' holiday plus days off for your birthday, getting married, or moving house Additional holidays for length of service Long service awards Staff discount on cars and finance options Discounts and cashback at hundreds of high street retailers and restaurants through our ?My MOT? platform Smart Tech in partnership with Currys Cycle to work Pension Healthcare Enhanced Parental Leave Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Vocational and personal development training courses Quarterly team socials Team feasts Scratch card rewards Sharesave scheme (SAYE) Plus much more!
