Role Overview: You will be responsible for various accounting and financial tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization. Your main areas of focus will include bookkeeping, data entry, banking and reconciliation, invoicing, compliance support, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain petty cash transactions and reconciliation. - Assist in bank reconciliations, supplier/customer ledger reconciliations. - Assist in preparing and issuing GST-compliant invoices. - Maintain supporting documents for accounting entries. - Support filing of GST, TDS returns by providing necessary data to senior staff. - Ensure records are maintained for statutory audits. - Prepare basic reports (sales register, purchase register, expense statements) for management. - Liaise with internal departments (purchase, stores, HR) to collect data and resolve accounting discrepancies. - Coordinate with vendors/customers on invoice/ledger queries. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, and accounting tasks. - Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. - Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders effectively.
