Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
2. Prepare and update ledgers in accounting software (Tally/other).
3. Assist in GST working: purchase/sales data entry, monthly reconciliation.
4. Prepare basic reports: cash book, bank book, petty cash summary.
5. Handle vendor and customer invoice checking and filing.
6. Support in bank work: cheque deposits, statement downloads, reconciliations.
7. Maintain employee expense records and reimbursement statements.
8. Assist in preparing data for audits and monthly financial reviews.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and clients for payment follow-ups and clarifications.
10. Maintain proper documentation of all accounts-related records.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar software.
Good MS Excel skills.
Accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com /MBA/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Experience
0–3 years preferred.
Working Style
Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
