Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts and Finance Specialist role based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable processes, conducting financial analysis, and reconciling accounts. Additional tasks involve budgeting, tracking expenses, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with team members to support financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting and financial management, including account reconciliation and budgeting skills
• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; knowledge of spreadsheets and ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
