Accounts And Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing international import-export company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our core team in Delhi. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are serious about building a strong career in finance and growing within an expanding global business environment. Key Responsibilities Indian Accounting & Banking Operations • Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (as per Indian standards) • Handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under guidance • Coordinating with CA/audit teams for monthly and annual closing • Managing payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash  International Transactions & Inventory • Supporting international payments and vendor coordination • Recording and reconciling foreign currency transactions • Assisting in import/export documentation and inward/outward inventory movement • Inventory reconciliation across multiple global locations Multi-Currency & Multi-Location Accounting • Working with multiple currencies (USD, Euro, IDR, etc.) • Recording and tracking financials across global vendors and clients • Helping prepare reports and statements for overseas operations Reporting & Internal Coordination • Preparation of MIS reports, expense tracking, and cash flow summaries • Supporting management in budgeting and financial planning • Coordination with international teams and logistics partners Requirements • M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (import-export or international business preferred) • Good working knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and basic financial controls • Experience in multi-currency transactions or international coordination is a plus • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to deadlines What We Offer • Opportunity to grow within a professionally managed global company • Exposure to international business operations and financial systems • Supportive team environment with long-term learning and growth prospects • Performance-based progression into senior roles over time Who Should Apply • Candidates who are serious about their career in finance & accounting • Individuals who can manage responsibilities independently and show initiative • Professionals looking for stable long-term growth in a growing company • Must be based in Delhi preferably in Pitampura area
