Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Finance Manager located in Chennai. The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, budgets, and financial planning, managing accounting records, compliance, and audits. The role includes monitoring cash flows, preparing financial reports, and developing financial strategies. The manager will also coordinate with auditors, manage tax-related activities, and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and financial planning Proficiency in accounting records management, audit coordination, and compliance Experience in monitoring cash flows, preparing financial reports, and developing financial strategies Knowledge of tax-related activities and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and relational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus Previous experience in real estate or construction industry is beneficial Show more Show less
