Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the complete financial and accounting operations of our dental centres. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally, GST filings, statutory compliance, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
• Handle GST filing , TDS, and all compliance filings.
• Prepare advance tax workings and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheet, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
• Conduct bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with auditors for year-end audits.
• Oversee patient billing oversight and branch-level financial controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Prepare and review E-way bills / e-invoicing as required.
• Implement internal controls and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, compliance filing, and advance tax.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS dashboards, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• 1+year experienced preferred.

Preferred:

• Candidates with experience in a CA firm will be given preference.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter candidates preferred.

Salary: Based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
