Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Finance Executive to manage daily accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports. Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions for account-related activities. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims. Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred). 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or SAP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
