Accounts & Admin Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role

Accounts & Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

Handle daily accounting operations including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
Maintain books of accounts in.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and assist in statutory compliance.
Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial documentation.

Administration:

Oversee office administration, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and travel reimbursements.
Support HR in basic documentation and onboarding formalities.
Ensure maintenance of office assets and service contracts.
Assist management in procurement, logistics, and day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances preferred.
