Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage complex accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to lead accounting processes and contribute to strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making. Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support. Providing necessary documentation and explanations. Prepare and review tax filings and ensure adherence to tax regulations. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
