Accounts and Admin Executive

Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. This role includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. General Accounting: Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Reconcile account balances and bank statements. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Payroll: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations and support administrative functions to ensure smooth business activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
