Accounting Duties: Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / Excel Handle accounts payable & receivable Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Bank reconciliation and petty cash management Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Support monthly and yearly financial closing Administrative Duties: Handle office administration and vendor coordination Maintain employee attendance and records Support HR in recruitment, joining formalities, and documentation Manage office supplies and stationery Handle incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence Ensure smooth office operations 🔹 Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and multitasking ability
