Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks (bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation). Prepare financial reports and manage GST compliance. Manage administrative tasks including documentation, office management, and coordination with vendors. Assist in payroll preparation and employee records. Maintain proper filing of accounts, contracts, and other office records. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. Support management in decision-making with accurate financial data. ✅ Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration. Good knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking. ✅ Desired Qualities: Responsible and honest with strong ethics. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Flexible and willing to travel across Kerala if needed. Proactive, with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
