Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Admin to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and staff reimbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Help prepare tax returns and assist with tax filings.
Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve queries.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in payroll processing and related records.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance support role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
AAT qualification or currently studying towards one is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
