Qualification & ExperienceEducational Qualification: B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Construction Management) with MBA (preferred) Diploma holders with strong field experience may also be considered Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination and procurement within construction / waterproofing / flooring / retrofitting sector. 📌 Key Qualities & SkillsStrong coordination & communication skills (clients, vendors, site teams). Knowledge of construction materials, waterproofing & flooring systems. Negotiation & vendor management ability. Proficiency in MS Office / project tracking tools. Problem-solving & quick decision-making under pressure. Willingness to travel across project sites in Kerala & outside. 📌 Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and execution of projects. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams for timely completion. Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and documentation. Ensure smooth communication between management, clients, and vendors. Attend business meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors as company representative. Monitor quality standards and support in troubleshooting site challenges. ProcurementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors for construction materials, waterproofing chemicals, epoxy, and related products. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency. Raise purchase orders, track material delivery, and ensure stock availability at sites. Maintain vendor database and build long-term supplier relationships. Ensure procurement is aligned with budget, BOQ, and project requirements. 📌 Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: ₹15000 - 25000 per month (depending on qualification & experience).
