If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end financial operations for US-based clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, supporting monthly and quarterly close activities, managing AP/AR cycles, and ensuring all financial records are compliant and up to date. You will work closely with CPAs, business owners, and internal teams to provide high-quality accounting services and proactive client communication. This position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping activities using US accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.Prepare financial statements, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation.Manage accounts payables and receivables, ensuring timely billing and payment cycles.Execute month-end close activities including journal posting, reconciliations, and variance review.Process payroll, state tax submissions, and compliance-related tasks as required.Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.Support CPAs during tax preparation periods by providing organized reports and schedules.Communicate directly with US-based clients to resolve queries, share updates, and ensure timely delivery of services.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and turnaround time.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Proven expertise in US bookkeeping and accounting processes with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.Strong understanding of reconciliation, AP/AR management, payroll calculations, and compliance filings.Experience working with international clients, preferably US-based.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.Strong analytical skills, organization, and time-management.Proactive ownership mindset with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
